The Choruses and Ensembles of Bayou City Performing Arts:

Bayou City Performing Arts is honored to be one of the few organizations affiliated with Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses (GALA) to boast four performing groups.  Though the foundation of the organization began with the Gay Men's Chorus, it has been Artistic Director James Knapp, along with a devoted staff and membership who have promoted the growth of three more choruses in recent years.  This began with another pillar of BCPA, the Bayou City Women's Chorus.  With this foundation, we have created a men's and women's mixed chorus, Bayou City Chorale, and men's and women's small group, Bayou Rhythms.
